Produced by 100% Canaiolo Nero grapes, a unique medium texture wine. This wine can match with many kinds of food, preferably avoiding strong flavors. At Tenuta la Pineta, we decided to produce a purity Canaiolo to celabrate the fruitiness and elegance of this peculiar variety.
Tasting Notes
Visual: Clear. Ruby-red color, with garnet shades.
Olfactory: Very intense and complex. Fruity – especially cherrieas – and floral. Soft animal note on a spicy background.
Flavour: Fruity and warm, balanced by a nice acidity. Medium-bodied, intense and persistent.
