Description
Chianti DOCG
Sasso Bisciaio Chianti DOCG is a very traditional Chianti wine, from Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes. It follows old-style aging for 1 year in cement tanks. Sasso Bisciaio is a “full meal” wine, which allows good matching with cold-cut meats, structured first courses, white and red meat, medium and long-aged cheeses. Also, very successfully tasted while served cold and combined with seafood.
